  1. Tell us about your home

Share your address, water source, number of beds and baths, and what you’d like to improve. It takes 5 to 10 minutes by phone or text.

  2. We confirm your system and installation

We review your local utility data and home details, answer your questions and confirm the right setup and quote.

  3. Choose your installation dates

Give us two dates that work for you, and we’ll follow up to confirm. One of them usually fits our schedule.

  4. Professional installation

Professionally installed by licensed Virginia plumbing professionals under the direction of a Master Plumber licensed since 1995. Most installations are completed within a day. Homes with unusual plumbing can take longer, and we’ll confirm your timing as your install date gets closer.

  5. We show you how everything works

A walkthrough of the bypass valve, backwash settings and, if you added reverse osmosis, your separate, dedicated faucet before we leave.

  6. We’re here after the install

The whole-home system runs itself, and we’re a local text or call away if you ever have a question.

No water-testing theater

If you’re on municipal water, your utility already tests it extensively and publishes the results. We use those published numbers as our baseline instead of an in-home demonstration. If your home has something unusual or you have a specific concern, we’ll collect the details we need. We don’t currently service homes on private wells.

What we’ll ask for

  • Your street address
  • City or county water
  • Sewer or septic
  • Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
  • How many people live in the home and how many showers may run at once
  • Where your main water line enters the home, if you know
  • What you’d most like to improve
