River City Water Pros LLC (“River City Water Pros,” “we,” “us”) is a Richmond-area residential water filtration company. You can reach us using the contact details on our Request a Quote page.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us when you request a quote or contact us. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, home address or ZIP code, and details about your home and water. When you use our website, we and our analytics and advertising providers may also automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site, through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request, prepare a quote, and schedule service.
• To contact you by phone, text, or email about your request and, if you’re a customer, about your system.
• To improve our website and understand how visitors find and use it.

Text messages

We send text messages only if you opt in, either by checking the text-message box on our quote form or by texting us first. Our texts are about your quote, scheduling, installation and service, not promotions. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts won’t affect the service we provide.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business: with the licensed plumbing professionals who perform your installation, with service providers who help us operate our website, communications, scheduling, and advertising, and when required by law. Any installer or provider receives only what they need to do their part.

Cookies and advertising

Our site uses cookies and similar tools, including analytics and advertising services such as Google and Meta, to understand site usage and measure ad performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Turning off cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. When you send a quote request, we tell Meta that a request was made, along with technical information such as your IP address and browser and a scrambled (hashed) form of your email address, name and ZIP code, so Meta can match the request to an ad you may have seen. We don’t share your phone number, street address, water concerns or message with Meta. You can control how Meta uses information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide service, and meet our legal and business obligations, then dispose of it. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you’ve given us, or ask what we have on file, using the contact details on our Request a Quote page. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email, and opt out of texts by replying STOP.

Children

Our services are for homeowners, and our site is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date above.
