Warranty

What the manufacturer’s warranty covers on your whole-home filtration system, what it doesn’t, and how to make a claim.

Whole-home filtration system

The manufacturer’s warranty covers the system’s two main parts.

Control valve
60 months (5 years) from the date the valve was manufactured, not the date it was installed. If the valve doesn’t work correctly during that time, it’s repaired at the manufacturer’s discretion.
Fiberglass tank
10 years, to the original owner, against rust, corrosion, bursting or leaking. A tank that fails is repaired or replaced at no charge at the manufacturer’s factory.

What isn’t covered

  • Labor to remove, repair or replace a part.
  • Shipping. A valve or tank goes back to the manufacturer with shipping prepaid, and damage during shipping isn’t covered.
  • Damage from freezing, fire or extreme heat, water pressure over 125 PSI, or dropping or other impact.
  • The carbon media inside the tank. It isn’t one of the parts the warranty lists.

What the warranty requires

The warranty is void if the system isn’t installed by a licensed plumber. Every system we sell is installed by one.

How to make a claim

  1. Text or call us first at (804) 302-2066.
  2. Have the serial number of the part handy.
  3. We’ll help coordinate the claim with the manufacturer for equipment you bought through us.
